ANSWER:

Such a will is invalid as no one can give any of the heir or deprive and y if the heirs more than their share which was given by Allah! 

There were two homes grandmother wills that should be givn only to her two sons(as they took care of her and her daughters since early age bcz grandfather was blind), but she has 6 daughters(married) and 4 sons(2 don’t listen to her n live their own lives),but the eldest son gave 1 home to those 2 sons and 1 home for himself n his bother, is this right?
