If they heard of Islam and our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam and didn’t believe, they will go to hell.

This is something we can’t judge. In this world, we treat them as disbelievers and it is to Allah to judge them in the hereafter.

There are many Non-Muslims who heard of Islam & the Muslims but they did not receive dawah of true Islamic monotheism. So are they liable to reside in Hell forever?
