Suppose I am praying jumma, and in d 1st rakah power cut and we r in the another floor cant hear the Imam. So I start praying zuhr on my own as the scholar said. But in the 2nd rakah power restored. Now if I follow the Imam from that time, can I intend to pray jummah or should I continue pray zuhr?

It seems to me that you should break your prayer and join the Imam in his second Rakah which is your first.
