ANSWER:

She cannot travel with you both as she needs a male mahram to accompany her and you are not her mahram.

Sir I have filled form for Hajj 2018 with my mother in law.as I m her mahram. My wife’s sister also wants to perform Hajj. Is she allowed to come with us since her mother is also coming as her father is no more and she no brother nor she is married
