ANSWER:

If he took this riba based loan and now he is remorseful and shows sincere repentance to never do this again, you can help him pay it off. But if he is not remorseful, you must not give him anything as this would encourage him and others to take such a riba based loan. 

Shk,the relatives family stays in v.old home in village,house may come down this monsoon,as cndtn of house is v.bad.He took loan to built new house.my aim is to relieve fm burden of loan.i’m asking again as I couldn’t conclude what to do after reading the reply you sent earlier.kindly pls let me know what can I do.I know I won’t get ajr,I intend to avoid he getting into loan/interest vicious cycle

I work in a bookshop.A man from a bank comes to us and sells “change money”.For our customers we need change money. He takes 1020 taka for 1000taka. My question is, is it halal what he is taking from us or we are giving extra 20 taka per thousand “change money”?
