No, it is not obligatory especially when people are divided and wouldn’t come into common terms. It is not part of the pillars of Islam nor it is part of the pillars of Iman!

shk I have a question regarding the establishment of khilafah. Is it compulsory for a muslim to strive for the establishment of Khilafah?
