ANSWER: 

A man does not need anyone’s permission to get married. The nikah is valid if there is nothing to nullify it! It is your father’s money and he has the right not to give his son money if he doesn’t want to.

Sheik,my brother did nikah without telling us to a woman who has already a child with another man.He had haram relationship with her,the parents went ahead and did nikah without my parents knowing. Is the nikka valid? Is my brother a mahram to the child who isn’t his? My parents and i don’t accept this relationship as my brother doesn’t work. His wife n child will be dependent on my dad.advise plz
