The hadeeth which he is referring to is not like what he translated! The Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam told us to abide by the Quran and encouraged us to take care of it and implant it. After that he advised his companions to take care and be kind to his family! He never said anything about abiding by them or to take them as rulers or any of that sort which the shia lie constantly about.

sheikh,is this hadith authentic that prophet peace be upon him said that i leave you two thing ofter me if you follow it you will never go astray one Quran and the other is my Ahlulbayt?about this hadith i was arguying with a shia he was saying that its in sahihul muslim sunni book, I TOLD him that prophet said Quran and sunnah,could you please give some info regarding this hadith.
