ANSWER:

What you did was right by not shaking her hand and you must not be in touch with her by sending even Islamic messages as this will open doors for Satan to creep in and make you fall into something haram. You must not have any communications with her at all. 

Sheikh, recently a classmate of mine came to congratulate me on something & she wanted to shake hands which I obviously refused & from further conversations I learnt that she’s very ignorant on matters of deen.So I thought of sending some Islamic videos to her but then again I didn’t fearing that it may be waswasa from devil.What do u think is the correct action?
