This is not true. The urine is najis but it differs from male to female.
If it is a baby boy, she can sprinkle water over it and that is sufficient as she don’t need to wash it and squeeze it. But if it is a baby girl, she must wash it and whatever it touches it. It doesn’t affect her wudhu.

If I wear a cloth that has dry maniy or dry madhiy it and it touches my skin, do I have to wash my body before doing salat?

I would like to know that when and how does an impurity go from one place to another. If my hands are dry and I touch something impure but it’s also dry, do my hands become impure? Do I need to wash them? And what if the latter is wet? Jazak Allah Khair.
