ANSWER:

Both of these are absolutely baseless.  It’s fard on a person to reply back to a salam unless he’s in the toilet. 

Sheikh mostly in india Pakistan we heard that when someone is eating we should not greet salam if someone greet we should not give answers of salam while eating so as when azan is calling on that time also we should not greet salam not to answer also. Is it true or not?
