It is not permissible at all to give such names to your children.
Al Hanan is not one of Allah’s names.

There are sunni  websites on internet with list of names.

Sheikh , In shaa Allah my wife will give birth our first child in another couple of weeks. We planned to name as Abdul Hannan in case if a boy or Abda Fathima if girl. Do you thing these names are having good meanings. If you would mind please suggest a name among the 99 names of Allah for boy baby.

Among the 99 names of Allah there are “Al-Hadi” and “Ar-Rashid” which in English both are translated as “The Guide” (the latter in some places is also translated as “The Righteous Teacher”.
