You must disobey parents if they order you to disobey Allah!

Sheikh I’m a Nigerian Muslim and I intend to get married soon Bi’iznillah. I want to do everything the Sunnah way but I’m scared I won’t be allowed to do so because of our customs and traditions which involves mixing and music which Allah frowns upon. I will like to go into my marital home receiving the Baraka Of Allah(SWT) but I’m afraid this might not happen. It is said not to disobey the parent

A father gave permission to let his daughter to get engaged with a brother (but not marry at the moment for unknown reasons). The sister and the brother wants to really get married though. Is lt permissible for this sister to get married to him and her big brother comes with her as mahram since the father anyways would accept the marriage but for unknown reasons which to delay the marriage
