They must be advised while using good manners, wisdom and knowledge. You must not label your family members as hypocrites as this is the way of the khawarij.

Sheikh, if our family members showed signs of Hypocrisyi.e .lazy for prayers and involved in Riba’ .how can we prevent hypocrisy amongst us or is ot something fated!
