Look into this man as he might be a good practicing person that you
may not lose as such men are rare nowadays.

If he isn’t, they have no right forcing you to marry against your
will. You must fight it and explain it even to that man that you don’t
want to marry him.

Sheikh, I am in great need of your help. 3 years ago my parents gave me to a man back home I was 13 then 16 now.I do not want this marriage to take place.I have spoken to my parents about my unhappiness and coming from a family who cares a lot about their reputation i got beat up.I honestly truly don’t want to get married to him. I pray to Allah all the time.please give me some guidance
