ANSWER:

You should wake them up before going. If they don’t get up the sin is on them while you have done your job. If they clearly tell you not to wake them up, do not wake them. 

Sheikh, everyday while I out to the mosque for fajr all my family members are sleeping. I’m the youngest son and I live with my parents and an older sister. Do I wake them up? I asked them if I should and they showed reluctance. What should I do?
