Iddat of divorce for the 1st or 2nd time is three menses for a woman who is not pregnant. She must stay in her husband’s house and be like a wife to him but without any intimacy, unless he wants to reconcile and declares it. in this case, intimacy is permissible and the divorce is revokes.
