ANSWER:

It is an innovation to pray nafl specifically to ask cure for them. You can make dua in the sujood of any prayer asking Allah for your needs and what you want.

Sheikh, can we pray any nafl salah asking Allah to cure someone or if someone is going through a difficulty or any person missing,so can we pray asking Allah for the person?
