If there’s no growth at all then no problem in leaving it until the hair starts growing and then shave it or wax again.

sheikh a woman does waxing to remove her underarm hairs. she says hair doesn’t grow back within 40 days enough to wax again. it takes almost 2 months for hair growth. does she still have to use razor or something else or to leave for 2 months?
