ANSWER:

This is not permissible as her hijab for prayer is not appropriate! 

Shaykh when a women prays Salah in the house and does rafa dayn her hands become uncovered and skin is been seen till the elbow is it permissible to pray Salah in such a manner and does here feet has to also be covered
