ANSWER:

If he’s actually become practicing and committed to the deen with correct aqeedah then no problem in getting married to him. 

Shaikh when choosing to marry someone who a had bad past means was a very bad person but in present means since 2-3 years is a very good person connected to deen not missing any salah, so what should we do in such situation?
