No problem in this as long as he’s not sitting between the standing position and the position of prostration of this worshipper.

Ruling on sitting sideways (example ny reclining against the wall for tasbeeh after prayer finishes) & someone praying in the previous row facing this person. Is it same as passing in front of someone & how can we advise such person to face the qiblah for tasbeeh rather than reclining sideways?
