ANSWER:

The reward of offering  2 rakah of nafl is like that of an Umrah in Masjid Al Quba.

Rest of the mentioned masajid have no extra virtue. 

Praying in Mosques other than 3 – Masjide Nabwi, Quba & Qiblatayn – like praying in Masjide SHAYKHAYN, MASJIDE JUMA, MASJIDE FAJR, MASJIDE BANI HAARISAH, MASJIDE BANI HARAM, MASJIDE KHANDAQ, MASJIDE BILAL in Madeenah, is there any virtue of praying in these Mosques?
