ANSWER:

She is required to be dutiful towards her husband and her parents. If a conflict of interest were to arise, she must give priority to her husband providing she lives with him.

If she lives under her father’s roof, her father is her guardian and she must obey him however, she must be diplomatic and not offend or disobey her husband in the things he is entitled to.

Please enlighten me with “who has more right on a girl ones she is nikkahfied , The husband or her parents ? If under any circumstances she is to make a choice whom should she choose ? Her parents or her husband ? Allah will question her about who’s right ? The parents or the husband ?

I am a woman in polygamy the last wife of 3 wives. I recently got married and didn’t know my husband is struggling financially. I’m responsible for my upkeep 100% and do give my husband money from time to time. Sheik,my brother did nikah without telling us to a woman who has already a child with another man.He had haram relationship with her,the parents went ahead and did nikah without my parents knowing. Is the nikka valid? Is my brother a mahram to the child who isn’t his? My parents and i don’t accept this relationship as my brother doesn’t work.
