This is not correct. If the Prophets sleep on their backs, we should do like them. This is not correct.

As for the ayah in surah yusuf, which says La taknutu min Rauhillah, is this kufr? As the later part says , none does so except the people who do kufr.

Are the najasah of insects like cockroaches, mosquitoes etc., considered najasah?
These kinds of feces are too difficult to stay away from. Hence, it is not najis though one should stay away from it.
