I know it is shirk to ask dua from dead people, but can we ask dua from ALLAH like this: "Oh ALLAH give us this and this for the sake of your beloved Rasool Muhammad (salla ALLAHu alayhi was sallam)"

This is not Shirk but it is an innovation. Therefore, don’t say that because no one has rights over Allah to ask Him by that person’s sake.
