here is the musnad about the hadith which said is not authentic.. On the authority of Harith Al 'Ashari (RAA), it is reported that the ProphetMuhammad (SAW) said:I declare obligatory upon you five things; Allah (SWT)has commanded me to do so.

They are: organization, listening, obeying, makingHijrah, and making Jihad for the cause of Allah.Tirmidhi, Musnad Ahmad &Mishkat.

The hadeeth is authentic but the translation is wrong as there is not mention of organization.
The word is Jama’ah which translates roughly to congregation or unity.
