A wife must listen to her husband in everything halal and it is his duty to see that everyone under him, including his wife is abiding by Islam otherwise he is sinful. He has the right to force her to wear the hijab and to avoid sins.

My wife prays occasionally and also doesn’t abide by hijaab. When I try to preach her she sometimes listens other times she says that if you want to be religious then do whatever you want but don’t preach me because I’ll go to my grave and you will go to your grave. How much responsible is husband for his wife’s actions?
