However, sometimes he uses the fatal mistakes like swapping ص into ش, and what i know is adding, omitting, subtituting a letter in the qur’an deliberately is kufr. How is that?.

This is totally prohibited and it is mocking the Quran. No Muslim would play with the Quran like this!
