If she was divorced one or two divorces, she can remarry him again.

My sister’s got married to my cousin but she was not satisfied with him sexually due to some other issues too she asked for talaaq after 8 years of marriage and having a daughter from him, he divorced her according to rules of USA. By passage of 3 years, she regrets, maybe the husband too, can she go back to him?
