ANSWER:

If it is out of mistake and ignorance, then no problem you do not have to start the wudu all over again.

My question is, you have said that while making wudu by washing the face it is not allowed to wash the neck and it’s bidah but by mistakenly by forgetfullness I wash my face and neck too so my question is, if it happens do i have to make wudu from first or can i continue the wudu?
