My question is when attending an interview if the HR Manager of that company is female and I need to shake hands with her .. so it is permissible for me to shake hands in that situation. Because if I refuse to shake hands she might reject me from giving a Job.

ANSWER:
This is not permissible.
From the entrance of the room, stand back and nod while putting your hands on your chest. She will understand. Even if she doesn’t, simply tell her that you are not allowed to shake hands in Islam with the opposite gender.
