ANSWER: 

If the semen does not come in large quantity, with a gushing form accompanied with desire and lust, ghusl is not mandatory. 

My question is what is the ruling of emission of maniy if it discharged after urine or constipation/bowl movements both in women and men please give some detail. Can I refer your answers in your website to other people ?
