My question is regarding reading Quran in Ramadan. Some say that if one starts a Quran in Ramadan, u have to end it in Ramadan only. Can I start a Quran, let’s say today and end it in Ramadan or even after Eid, would it get me less sawab .?? What is the ruling regarding it?

There is no limitation to this. You can start now and read it through Ramadan.
