ANSWER:

Zakat is owed on all the gold you possess if it reaches the nisab (85 grams) whether it is a gift or even if it is gold that you use. There is no zakat on the flat if it’s not being displayed for sale. 

My question is about zakat. How to calculate it? Jewelries even if others are gift? A Flat (not yet fully paid just started paying monthly) A land which is fully paid by me but the title not transferred yet to my name All the money on hand and in the bank after what is left upon Paying debit and other expenses?
