Yes. It is not permissible to facilitate or collaborate in sin. Advise him to find a halal job instead. You will share the same amount of sin as you were the one responsible for it. 

My nephew is in search of job, i have touch in film industry. If i send him there, he can get any job like spotboy,assistant director, cameraman, actor, etc… film industry income is haram, so will i b there in sin equally with him for his income?
