Yes, as it is your husband house and he is allowed to do so. However, you and your daughter must at all times be segregated and isolated from her son and not mixing with him under no circumstances whether they like it or not! Being in full hijab all the time will certainly make them feel unease.

My husband’s sister and her 30 year old son come for umrah every year from USA,she wants to stay with us to save her money on hotels and she is very dominant. Her son is not a mahram for me and my 20 years old daughter so it becomes very difficult for us. My husband says if she wants to stay with us I can’t stop her as she is my sister. Is it my duty to host her in Islam?
