ANSWER:

What this Maulana and your husband is saying is false as the gold that he has bought for you is a gift given to you by him and it is not permissible to take a gift back as Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam said that a person who takes back his gift is like dog who eats it’s own vomit. 

My husband told me that he confirmed from some aalim that the gold jewellery ‘he’ bought for me after marriage till date is not my possession but only his. He said he can take it permanently (not wearing) whenever he wants. What’s the ruling on this in Islam?
