This is a valid divorce.

My husband divorced me while I was on my menses. I watched your program on Peace TV that you stated divorcing your spouse while she is on her menses is prohibited so I presumed that the divorce is invalid and the spouse has to be in the state of purity before issuing the divorce. Can you please explain as I am really confused

There are some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sitting counts as 3, thus a marriage is nullified. There are also some scholars who say that 3 talaq in one sittings counts as only 1? Am I blameworthy if I choose to follow 3 talaq is equal to 1? Is it ok to do this? (Ref: Sahih Muslim 9: 3492 in the book of divorce).
