After her death, the wrong things that her children do without her consent doesn’t affect her.

The funeral charges should have been taken from whatever she left behind before distributing the inheritance.

If she didn’t have money, her children should take care of that and having haram income will not affect your grandmother. Your mother doesn’t have to give that money to charity.
