My friend had asked me to officiate her wedding. Her and her fiancé are not religious and wanted a secular ceremony. But to be able to officiate the wedding and sign off on the marriage license I would have to become ordained. There are non religiously affiliates institutions that do this but I’m hesitant and would like some guidance. Thank you
