It seems that your father is ignorant! Such statements are totally prohibited as it is lying on Allah and claiming that He said what He didn’t say.

You must bring it to his attention in a respectful way and show him the fatwas that prevent such statements.

My father was just joking with my sister about the jealousy in her . he said jokingly that Allah gave jealousy to the whole world and the remaining he gave to my sister. He also said that Allah said to my sister,”Do you want this jealously, she said yes and Allah said take it.” Like he said it in a way Allah was saying.. Is this making fun of Allah..Does it come in kufr??
