If he had the chance to do hajj but did not do it, you must not take anything from his wealth to perform hajj with as this wealth belongs to heirs now.

Whoever wants good deeds may perform hajj on his behalf or pay someone to do that for him.

My brother died due to heavy gate falled on him he is having wealth and money in his account but he didnot do hajj or umrah is it fard to do hajj for him with his money now after his death By his father or brother or its fine if we dont do it
