ANSWER:

There’s nothing prescribed in the Sunnah about cutting the nails in a particular way. This is an innovation and one can straight away cut it from any finger. 

My 8 year old daughter asked me logic behind cutting nails as per sunnah way. why we follow that certain pattern, why we start from finger of shahadah, i dont know the answer plz help. i explain to my kids sunnah ways and how these ways benefit us. and also from tafseers whatever i learn i share good points with them to build their strong base. So they question alot..
