If one is sure that they visit graveyards to ask for help, you must not give zakat to them as this is shirk!

Muslims who goes to khabar and ask for provisions or help (in India it’s called Dargah) instead Allah. Can we give zakath to them? Aren’t those muslims are called mushriks? Is zakath permissible on them?
