ANSWER:

He should try to convince her. He can marry you without his parents approval. 

The approval of the girl’s father (wali) is mandatory and not his but i wouldn’t recommend he gets married without her blessings. He should try his best to convince her. 

 

May ALLAH reward you for the work your doing. A boy came with his father and met my family for marriage and we all accepted but when he confronted his mom she refused because she looks down upon my nationality. Please advice what can we do. Should be try to convice her or he can marry my without her acceptence.
