Just wanted to find out how much are allowed to interact with non mahram women. I work with women and some of my colleagues try to make small talk with me. From my side im certain that theres no attraction and never will be as i fear Allah and will never let it progress. But anyway is it permissable to make small talk for couple of minutes not to appear rude. Like we talked ab9ut pay for overtime
