This is most likely correct if you had repented sincerely and Allah knows that from you and there is no legitimate way of making your brother forgive you.

I’ve read from Ibnul Qayyim (rh) that if you violate against the rights of a muslim then in fact you have violated against two rights. 1) against the right of Allah 2) the right of your brother. Concerning Allahs right you have to repent sincerely and concerning your brother you have to restore his rights. So If I repent to Allah sincerely but my brother won’t forgive me then is it correct to say that I have to repay him in the akhira with my hassanat but besides that Allah won’t punish me additionally (wether in the grave or in hell) since at least I repented to HIM (swt) concerning HIS (swt) right?
