ANSWER:

There’s no problem in doing sajda tilawah in the forbidden times. The forbidden times are only for not praying any voluntary prayers. 

It is said that we should not do sajdah after asr prayer. If we recite Qur’an after asr prayer and we come across sajdah ayath, what should we do. Can we do the sajdah tilawat later.
