ANSWER:

The udhiyah is valid but he is sinful for doing this intentionally because refraining from removing hair and nails during this time is obligatory upon the person doing the sacrifice.

Is udhiyah valid if someone clips or shaves his pubic or armpit hair or cuts his hair purposely during the 10 days of dhul hijjah, before his sacrifice is done?
